Packages are generally sent within 2 days after receipt of payment. DoS ships via USPS or FedEx with tracking info.  Unless otherwise directed, parcels will be delivered without signature. If you prefer delivery with a signature, please contact us (additional costs will apply). Regardless of shipping method, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling fees, packaging, as well as postage costs. Handling and shipping materials fees are fixed. Shipping fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. DoS advises you to group your items in one order. We generally cannot join separate orders and discount shipping.

Special care is taken to protect fragile objects, boxes are amply sized and items are well-protected with cushioned materials.

Returns

If any item arrives damaged in shipment, please email us via our contact page or call us at (404) 433-2452 for return authorization number. Do not send damaged shipments back to DoS without first receiving a return authorization number.
